St. Joseph Solutions signs definitive agreement with PartnerAlliances to source strategic
partners for the commercialization, financing, manufacturing and
distribution of several newly patented technologies.
St. Joseph Solutions, a Springboro, Ohio based life sciences company is
developing revolutionary technology that helps prevent the spread of nosocomial infection and cross
contamination on a commonly used medical apparatus.
Under the agreement, PartnerAlliances will represent St. Joseph Solutions on a
wide range of strategic partnering initiatives to help them bring their newly
patented technologies to market.
