The theme of the conference is the operation or application of an SS/L satellite that is currently on-orbit. Authors are encouraged to submit papers for the conference, although presentations without papers will be considered. Examples of subject material could include:
| -Satellite performance trending | -Resolution of on orbit anomalies |
| -Unique applications of ground software | -Experience operating an SS/L satellite |
| -Operating multiple satellites | -Design requirements for future satellites |
The format of the conference will be viewgraph presentations, each limited to 30 minutes including any time for questions and answers.
The presentation must be drawn only from the material submitted and accepted prior to the conference; no additional information may be introduced at the conference.
Abstracts of no more than 500 words written in English must be submitted no later than April 21 2006, and must clearly identify the key points that will be presented at the conference.

Authors will be notified of the acceptance of their paper/presentation by May 5 2006, at which time they will receive an author's kit.
Papers/presentations must be submitted before September 15 2006 and must be accompanied by written certification that they are already
